How to Print a 2 Month Calendar
- Pick the first month. The second one follows by itself. Tap a pair like Mar + Apr, or use the arrows to move two months at a time.
- Fill in your plans. Add events in the panel, or click straight into a day box and type. Holiday names already sit in their boxes.
- Turn on what helps. Week numbers, Monday as the first day, a notes box, popular days or religious holidays.

Why Use a Two Month Calendar?
Plans don't stop at the end of the month. A soccer season that starts in early September and ends in late October, a six-week class, a trip that leaves on the 29th and comes back on the 3rd: on a one-month calendar, half of it is always on the next page.
With two months side by side, the whole thing is in front of you. And unlike a 6 month or yearly calendar, you still get proper boxes to write in. Two months in a row have 59 to 62 days, a little over eight weeks, which makes this layout a good fit for:

January and February is the shortest pair in 2027, at 59 days, because February is so short. July and August is the longest, at 62 days.

Like to plan on a computer? Our free Excel template (69 KB) shows two months side by side. Type a year and pick the first month in the yellow cells, and both months fill in, with US federal holidays for 2026 to 2035. It works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Click Download Excel. Open the file in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
- Type the year and pick the first month. The second month follows by itself.
- Choose Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week.
- Type in the space under each date. Holidays show in red, with their names listed under each month.
- Print. The sheet fits on one US Letter page in landscape.
Tips for Printing Two Months on One Page
- Side by side or stacked. Landscape gives you the classic side-by-side layout. Portrait stacks the months and makes each box wider, which helps if you write long notes.
- Pick the paper for the place. Letter or A4 is plenty for a desk or a binder. For a wall, try Legal or Tabloid.
- A year on 3 sheets. Download 12 months and print it double-sided. Six pages, three sheets of paper, the whole year.
- Scale. Print at 100%, and only switch to "Fit to page" if an edge gets cut off. More help is in our calendar printing guide.

What is a 2 month calendar?
It shows two months in a row on one page, like October and November, with a box for every day. It is handy when your plans run from the end of one month into the start of the next.
Is a 2 month calendar the same as a two-page monthly calendar?
No. A two-page monthly calendar spreads one month across two facing pages, like an open planner. This calendar puts two whole months on a single page. If you want one big month per page, use our custom calendar maker or one of our monthly calendar pages.
What does bimonthly mean?
Bimonthly can mean every two months or twice a month, so it is worth checking which one people mean. A calendar that shows two months on one page is usually called a 2 month or two month calendar.
Can I print a whole year as 2 month pages?
Yes. Pick January, then click Download 12 months. You get one PDF with 6 pages, from January and February to November and December. Printed on both sides, that is only 3 sheets of paper.
Are holidays shown on the 2 month calendar?
Yes. US federal holidays are written inside their day boxes, including the day off when a holiday falls on a weekend. You can add popular days and religious holidays too. Holiday dates are ready for 2026 to 2035.
Can I show week numbers?
Yes. Tick Show week numbers and the ISO week number appears at the start of every row. Set Week starts on to Monday as well, since ISO weeks start on Monday.
Can I type on the calendar before I print it?
Yes. Click any day box and type. Your notes are saved in this browser, so they are still there when you come back, and they also show on our other calendar makers.
Is there a 2 month calendar for Excel?
